A derelict tin mine site at Pendarves, Camborne, Cornwall was cleared and re- landscaped to form an equestrian centre with show jumping arenas, stables and parking areas for lorries and cars. This involved putting together a very comprehensive planning application with a number of supporting environmental reports.
